    Home Behavior Report

    Parents/Guardians please fill out the home behavior report below. This is part of the testing procedure. Students who receive too many p's will not be allowed to test! We do not want our students to be rewarded if they do not behave well outside of Taekwondo. We must work together for our children's future!

    Reading Report

    We want to encourage our students to keep up with their academics and reading. This is a estimate!
Test Fee: $80 - for due date check invite email or monthly calendar 
(Includes Nunchucks)
