Congratulations, after this test you will be invited to test for your 2nd Dan!! When we have the Black Belt Training scheudle set, we will send you an email with all the information. This test fee is different that others because it will cover half of 2nd Dan testing.

    Home Behavior Report

    Parents/Guardians please fill out the home behavior report below. This is part of the testing procedure. Students who receive too many p's will not be allowed to test! We do not want our students to be rewarded if they do not behave well outside of Taekwondo. We must work together for our children's future!

    We want to encourage our students to keep up with their academics and reading. This is a estimate!
