"On a whim I asked my daughter if she would like to try Taekwondo since we had a place in town.  That was 5 years ago and my daughter is still attending and is now almost 10 years old.  Master Kim is great with kids of all ages, giving them both good exercise and some of the values and spirit of martial arts, at their level:  how to treat and respect others and themselves and how to approach challenges.  He creates a very positive and upbeat environment that leaves everyone feeling good.

I started taking classes shortly after my daughter did and I continue today.  The classes for older kids and adults also provide a wonderful workout.  Master Kim somehow knows how to keep the level of the workout manageable while building strength and flexibility so there is seemingly constant improvement.  For all ages, the atmosphere is positive, upbeat and always encouraging.
